We would advise you to check your spellings of names before you complete your order. If you have made a mistake after you get your order confirmation please notify us as soon as possible and we may revise your order and continue from there.
Once we have personalised the ornament we can only with exception rectify your mistake before it is dispatched.
If Rita Daly Ornaments makes a mistake we will replace the ornament as soon as it has been returned with no extra charge. You will be credited the standard tracked postage cost so please keep a copy of your receipt and make sure it is returned by tracked post.
If your order arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible and we will replace it on return. You must show proof of damage.
- Delivery of 1 ornament costs €3 to anywhere in Ireland.
- Delivery of 2-3 ornaments costs €5 to anywhere in Ireland
- Delivery of 4 or more ornaments is free anywhere in Ireland
- Free delivery of all orders over € 50 to anywhere in Ireland.
- Delivery to the Uk is € 10 for 1 or more ornaments
- Delivery to Europe is € 12 for one or more ornaments
- Delivery to the rest of the World is €20 for 1 or more ornaments
- For Irish orders allow 3 working days for your tracked parcel to arrive.
- For international orders we will dispatch within 2 days of placing the order but delivery will vary depending on the destination.
- All ornaments arrive beautifully wrapped in cellophane and prtesented in a gift bag.
